Sarah Jane Dunaway

Creative Director + Owner


Sarah Jane has an extensive background in advertising and the printing/packaging industry with over 15 years in the industry. Sarah Jane spent some time at Pratt Institute, New York, before completing her B.A. in Communications from the University of Alabama. After graduation, she moved to Seattle, Washington to pursue a career as a copywriter and graphic designer. She currently spends her career as Creative Director and is a playwright with her first play scheduled for production in Spring (2020).

In her spare time she loves running marathons, contemplating why she runs marathons, cooking overly-healthy kale-based meals, and writing. She runs a parenting-focused website, Mommy Has Struggles, and has written several children’s books, sitcom pilot, movie screenplay and is currently working on her first book.

Sarah Jane lives in Annapolis, Maryland with her husband and 4-year old daughter.



Malory Guenoune

Social Media Manager

Beginning her career in luxury real estate marketing at Coldwell Banker in Annapolis, Maryland, Malory brings a depth of knowledge in digital marketing, advertising, and real estate transaction coordinating. Innately creative with a passion for all things social, Malory is quick to identify a brand's unique traits and help communicate their stories to potential consumers.

Malory attended college in Virginia and completed her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at Liberty University. Malory calls Irvine, California home and loves exploring coastal Orange County. In her spare time, she enjoys photography, surfing, and curling up in a local coffees hop with a vanilla latte.

As a Social Media Manager Malory's top priority is providing the highest level of service through creative marketing strategies for her clients. Her passion is directing her clients online presence through website design, email marketing, and social media.



Michelle Douglas

Brand Strategist & Copywriter

Michelle is a former advertising account executive, non-profit marketing director and global brand manager turned brand strategist and enthusiast. She has a passion for the intersection of communications and making a difference, a love of consumer insights and a sweet spot for helping organizations better define and utilize their mission and values to propel their brand. 

After developing a well-rounded palette of marketing strategy experience in non-profit, agency and large corporate organizations, Michelle started her own business in 2018. Her company, Ladder, provides brand strategy and communications consulting to non-profits and small businesses doing good. She is excited to also put her talents to use partnering with Sarah Jane & Co!

When she’s not brainstorming and writing for brands, you can find Michelle running, playing piano, reading, writing and always chasing the sun. A native of Florida, and transplant from Atlanta, Michelle feels fortunate to call many places home and visits family often. She currently lives in Annapolis, Maryland with her husband. 



Toni Kruckeberg

Account Manager/ Creative Assistant

Toni has a degree in Business Management uses her experience in both business administration and real estate, to support and help grow our clients. She is our brand cheerleader, and strives at the day to day tasks.

Toni is an organized planner at heart and loves to work with the details. You can usually find her with a checklist in one hand and a hot cocoa in the other! She loves to celebrate all the moments in life, and is an avid Hallmark girl and always planning her next family trip to Disney!

A born and raised Washington State girl, the Pacific Northwest is her home. She has been married to her college sweetheart for almost 14 years, and have two sweet kiddos that push her to work harder everyday.



Stacy Laine Husk

Go-To Photographer

Stacy is the owner and photographer behind Stacy Laine Photography. She loves capturing tiny moments that tell a much bigger story and is known for her collaborative nature and silly outbursts - whatever it takes to get the shot! She's the gushing mother of two young girls and embrace and appreciate the chaos that follows her little family.

Stacy attended the Washington School of Photography and has over 11 years experience in the Branding/Marketing Arena. She earned her stripes in the corporate world working with brands such as Cheerios, Disney, Weight Watchers, and yoplait.

Social Media & Design Intern

We're looking for an amazing social media intern to join our team. This position is unpaid, with the potential to become a paid position, if you're the right fit! Are you a wiz at Instagram, overly-gifted with VSCO and iPhone photography, or looking to learn more about Facebook advertising? Our internships provide invaluable hands-on experience. Interns work directly with us on the creation of campaigns and concepts all the way through to implementation.

Qualifications & Tasks

  • Be self-motivated and overly excited to create engaging social media content and brainstorm new social initiatives.

  • Perform research to find articles and resources that are relevant to our clients.

  • Monitor analytics to assess trends and activity across all social accounts.

  • Photography and graphic design experience is a major plus!
